This January I had the honor to shoot the very first Project Roots event of star-chefs Saliha Khan and Ian Waghorn. Together, they organise amazing pop-up restaurant events all over the world. Project Roots is a celebration of cultures, inclusiveness and diversity. On top of that, these chefs have an incredible vision and passion for using high-quality products while working with local farmers who have an eco-conscious supply chain and are aiming towards being carbon-neutral. Would love to capture more events that make the world a better place!
